Deposit: £300 will be required at the time of booking to cover against any breakage or damages whilst occupying the apartment. It will be refunded in full, after the apartment has been inspected and within a maximum of 3-5 working days after departure.
Cancellation notice: is required at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid facing charge for the full length of stay.
