Terms & Conditions
Payment: card details are required to secure an apartment and the rent is charged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. It can also be paid by bank transfer if time allows before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: notification to cancel or reduce a stay is 14 days prior to arrival or the full accommodation cost will be charged. Please note the during high season (summer, Christmas and major event days), all bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

The authorization on the guest credit card will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance for "extras" and if there are no breakages or damages in the apartment.
Smoking: the apartments are strictly non-smoking. This includes use of all substances, including incense. The property reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.
