All Executive studios, 1-bedroom apartments and many of the studios have shower over bathtub or bathtub and separate shower cubicle. However, some of the studios have shower only. Use of washing machines and dryers in the laundry room is charged extra and guests must bring their own detergent.

Terms & Conditions
Payment is due at the time of booking by secure link online unless otherwise agreed. For groups and stays over 3 months, a contract is required and rent can be paid by bank transfer by prior arrangement with the property Management.
Cancellation policy:
31+ days prior to arrival: no charge
30 – 15 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of the first month’s rent
14 – 8 days prior to arrival: 75% charge of the first month’s rent
7 – 0 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of the first month’s rent
The same notice period is required for early departure.

Security/Damage deposit:
Up to 3 months stay: no deposit is charged, but companies or guests are responsible to pay for breakage/damages.
3 months+: 4 weeks rent.
