Terms & Conditions
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. For in-house guests who want to extend their stays (subject to availability), the rent is due before the next period.
Deposit: pre-authorization of £200 (£500 for Penthouse) may be taken from the guest's card upon arrival. This will be held against any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid incidental bills. On move out, all keys must be returned. £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date.
Cancellation Policy:
7-28 nights stay - 72 hours before arrival date or once in-house
28-90 nights stay - 7 days before arrival date or once in-house
91-364 nights stay- 14 days before arrival date or once in-house
365+ nights stay- 28 days before arrival date or once in-house
For group bookings, these terms apply
90 days prior to arrival date: No charge
60 days prior to arrival date: 50% charge
30 days prior to arrival date: 100% charge
These terms also apply to any extensions of the original booking.
