Terms & Conditions
Card details are required in order to secure an apartment. The rent plus 4 weeks deposit is due before check-in. Minimum stay is 28 nights and subject to a tenancy agreement. The deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, if there is no breakage/damage in the apartment. A credit card pre-authorization of £150 will be required from the guest upon check-in.
In addition to the deposit, the apartment provider requires pre-payment of 4 weeks accommodation cost including VAT (tax). Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Bank details will be confirmed on pro-forma invoice issued.
Cancellation Policy:
28 days prior to arrival - no cancellation charge.
14-28 days before arrival – 1 week charge
Less than 14 days before arrival - full accommodation cost will be charged. For long term stays it will be max 3 weeks charge during high season 1 May to 30 September and 2 weeks in low season 1 October to 30 April.
