Housekeeping is provided weekly and Wi-Fi is free of charge. Check-in takes place at a sister property around the corner which has 24 hour Reception. Earls Court is an area with a great variety of shops, supermarkets, cafes, special eateries, traditional pubs and restaurants. Kensington High Street is within walking distance and Westfield Shopping Centre, one of the largest in Europe with 250 shops and restaurants is only a few stops away by underground. This is also an ideal location for visiting the many famous museums in South Kensington.

Terms & Conditions
Payments are by secure link online or bank transfer for corporate bookings subject to prior agreement. The full amount plus damage deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival. Identity document (passport, driving license, etc.) and the card used to pay online must be provided at check-in for leisure bookings. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Maestro cards are accepted.
Cancellation policy:
7 – 29 nights – notice 7 days prior to arrival
30 – 89 nights – 14 days’ notice prior to arrival
90+ nights – 21 days’ notice prior to arrival
No shows will be charged for the full length of stay and is non-refundable. For group bookings cancellation notice is 8 weeks.
Security/Damage deposit: is £250 which will be released upon departure minus any damages or unpaid incidental charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards. The provider reserves the right to make any additional charges which may not be covered by the security deposit.
General: £250 is payable if smoking is detected in the apartment or within the building. The Smartphone provided is free for guest’s use. If lost, stolen or damaged the cost for replacement will be charged.
