Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed for medium to long term corporate stays.
Cancellation Policy: notice is required 14 days prior to arrival and 14 days when in-house.
Deposit is £300 which is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Guests must be over the age of 25 with the exception of children travelling with a family.
