Terms & Conditions
The minimum stay is 3 months, subject to a 6 months tenancy agreement with 3 months break clause. 1 month rent and 6 weeks deposit is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made on a monthly basis thereafter. The provider requires passport copy and if applicable, documentation of a valid visa.
The deposit is paid into a tenant deposit scheme and will be refunded after check-out if there are no damages to the apartment.
Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to arrival
