Cancellation, No-Show and Early Departure Policy:
7-28 nights: 72 hours notice during office hours Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm) prior to arrival date or whilst in house to avoid 50% charge
29-89 nights: 7 days notice during office hours Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm) prior to arrival and whilst in house avoid 7 nights charge
90 nights+: 14 days notice during office hours Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm) prior to arrival and whilst in-house to avoid 14 days charge
Security Deposit: £250 including 20% VAT (UK tax) may be charged. The deposit amount is pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card and is fully refundable after departure if there are no breakage or damages in the apartment.
Pet fee: £20 per night
