Payment is due by secure link online or bank transfer for amounts over £5000. 1-week deposit is charged at the time of booking and remaining balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
14-90 nights - 45 days prior to arrival
90+ nights - 60 days prior to arrival
Security/Damage deposit: 1-week refundable deposit will be charged to cover for damages, outstanding bills for telephone usage and requested Concierge services.
