Terms & Conditions
Payment is due with secure link online at the time of booking. For medium to long term corporate stays, invoice can be issued for bank transfer subject to prior agreement.
Cancellation Policy: bookings are non-refundable & non-cancellable. We therefore recommend to purchasing travel insurance.
On arrival: £500 refundable deposit for extras, incidentals or any damage caused to the apartment will be charged. Credit card for the payment is recommended, so it can be refunded within 72 hours of the inventory check is completed. Valid ID (passport or driving licence) is required and registration card to be completed. If applicable - £100 refundable deposit may be requested for car park remote control.
Smoking & Pets: smoking and pets are not allowed. Penalty charges will apply if smoke is detected.
