The area has a great variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets. Oxford Circus and Paddington are just a few stops away by underground. St. John’s Wood with the American School is also nearby and the location is also ideal for access to the Wembley Arena. Kilburn Park underground station is within 3 minutes walk.

Terms & Conditions
Payment is due with secure link online at the time of booking. For medium to long term corporate stays, invoice can be issued for bank transfer subject to prior agreement.
Payments & Deposits: bookings made within 4 weeks of the arrival date; the full amount is payable at the time of reservation.
Bookings made prior to 4 weeks of arrival date: 25% is charged as deposit. The remaining is due at the time of check-in at Reception.
Please note that the provider is unable to confirm or hold any reservation, until the deposit has been paid.
Security/Damage deposit: on arrival guests will be required to pay £200 incidental/accidental deposit. If there are no damages to the apartment and any outstanding incidental charges have been paid, the deposit is refunded within 3 working days. .
Cancellation Policy: bookings are non-refundable & non-cancellable. For longer stays, we recommend to book for the period which is certain and we will ensure the option to extend by giving advanced notification. We recommend all visitors to purchase travel insurance.
Smoking & Pets: Smoking is allowed on the balconies only and not in the apartments or public areas. Any person found smoking will be charged minimum £200 or more (up to £5000). Guests may be charged for repainting the walls and cleaning upholstery, if the above policy is not respected. Pets are not allowed into the building under any circumstances.
