Credit or debit card details are required to secure one of these serviced apartments and the rent will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:
For bookings up to 6 nights, 72 business hours’ notice prior to the date of arrival
For bookings 7 to 28 nights, 7 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
For bookings 29 to 89 nights, 14 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
For bookings 90 nights of more, 28 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival

Note:The apartments are non-smoking. A security deposit/pre-authorisation of £500 may be required upon arrival for incidental charges such as: breakages, loss or damage to the property or any of its contents; cleaning/specialist treatment charges where more than routine cleaning is needed or smoking has occurred (minimum £300 refresh) lost keys, electronic fobs at £50 for each fob; call out charge for locked out guests at £100 + VAT per call out; any other financial loss, where damage means the apartment cannot be immediately re-occupied, plus the provider’s administrative costs.
