Credit or debit card details are required to secure an apartment and 1-week deposit is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to complete and sign a credit card authorisation form and to provide identification - copy of passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Cancellation Policy:
28-90 nights - 45 days prior to arrival
90+ nights - 60 days prior to arrival

Security deposit: 1-week deposit will be charged to cover for damages, outstanding bills for telephone usage and requested Concierge services
