Terms & Conditions
The minimum stay is 28 nights, subject to a tenancy agreement. Credit or debit card details are required in order to secure an apartment and 4 week's rent plus deposit is due before check-in. Succeeding invoices can be issued every 28 days, payable by credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Deposit: The deposit is 4 weeks rent including VAT. It will be refunded within 14 working days after departure if there are no breakages/damages in the apartment. A credit card pre-authorization of £150 is required upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy: if a confirmed booking is cancelled 28 days prior to arrival date, there is no cancellation charge. Reservations cancelled between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival, 1 week rent will be charged. If the booking is canceled within 14 days, 3 weeks rent will be charged in high season 1 May – 30 September. 2 weeks rent will be charged in low season 1 October to 30 April.
