In the social area guests can mingle and enjoy complimentary fruit, snacks, sweets, pasta & sauce, water, tea, coffee etc – items will vary from time to time. The in-house gym is perfect for getting rid of any unwanted calories. The building is just 2 minutes from river Thames, where there is a great selection of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. Credit or debit card details are required to make a reservation and the rent is charged at the time of booking
5-27 nights, 7 days’ notice required to avoid a penalty of 7 nights.
28+ nights, 14 days’ notice required to avoid a penalty of 14 nights.
Cancellation after arrival:
7+ nights: notice of early departure is required 14 days prior to the new departure date. The rate may be higher if the stay is made shorter than the original booking.
Deposit & Damages: deposit is not required, but guests are responsible to pay for any damages caused during their stay. The provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired. The main guest who made the booking (and guest) will be notified of any potential charges. Documents and photographic evidence will be available.
