The building has a laundry room with washing and drying machines which guests can use free of charge. Tea, coffee, and milk are in the fridge on arrival and a welcome hamper can be ordered at extra cost.

In June and July, the minimum stay for 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are 10 days. Shorter stays are on request, subject to availability. Many apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. However, these are normally allocated to guests staying for 1 month+. Other apartments have a microwave or 2-plated hob (in some), kettle, toaster and fridge. The prices vary for 1 to 7 nights stays and 8 to 28 nights stays. They are "From", subject to availability and season. Please contact us for a quote.

They include VAT (tax) - £2.20 per night for a studio & 1 bedroom apartment, £4.40 for a 2 bedroom apartment and £6.60 for a 3 bedroom apartment. VAT is only charged on the “service element (cleaning)” of the price and not on the actual rent.

The 1 bedroom/Executive apartment has a larger living area, Nespresso coffee machine, daily towel change, bathrobes and free newspaper

Additional chargeable services: laundry & dry cleaning service, car & limousine hire, mobile phone hire and theatre ticket booking. Extra bed is available on request for children up to 12 years @ £50 per night inclusive of VAT

Terms & Conditions

To make a reservation: personal or company credit card details are required to secure an apartment. In order for card holder to approve the rent being charged, a “Credit Card Form” is nessesary to obtain the information and signature.

Payment terms:
1-14 nights stay: if the guest is settling their own account, payment is due on departure
15-29 nights stay: 10 days pre-payment is required 15 days prior to arrival and the remaining upon check-in
30-89 nights stay: 15 days pre-payment is required 15 days prior to arrival and the remaining upon check-in

If a visitor’s company wish to settle the account, a credit card application should be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Clients with credit facilities are not required to prepay, but in the event of cancellation, normal policy & charges apply. Payment terms by companies depend on its credit facilities.

Check-in: on arrival guests will be asked to sign a Registration Card and give payment authorisation for any extras duration the stay. The limit is £2000 and if a bill reaches this amount, the balance will need to be paid punctually. Clients with credit facilities will be invoiced for payment once the tenant has reached the limit

Cancellation Policy:
1-14 nights: until 12 Noon on the day of arrival – no charge. After 12 Noon – 1 night charge
15-29 nights: 15 days prior to arrival – no charge. 14 days or less – 10 nights charge
30-89 nights: 15 days prior to arrival – no charge. 14 days or less – 15 nights charge

Note: some promotional rates require non-refundable, non-exchangeable payment at the time of booking

Dilapidation deposit:
1 – 14 nights – not applicable
15-89 nights – £250 per apartment is required on arrival. This will be refunded within 1 week of departure if there is no damage to the apartment, unless a letter of guarantee has been signed

Extensions of bookings: is on request, subject to availability and should be made with Citylife Apartments (originating agent). Minimum length of stay: the provider reserves the right to implement a yield strategy on any particular room type at any given point. This may result with the minimum length of stay or rate closures (higher prices than on the website) being applied over a certain periods

Kitchens: the apartments have a variety of kitchens. As a minimum, a galley kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery is provided. A washing machine is in some apartments and provided based on the length of stay, subject to availability.
