Terms & Conditions
Payment: payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed or at the time of booking if it’s less than 14 days before check-in. Full payment will be charged for no-shows.
Damages: The apartments must be kept in good condition and repair and tell us or the provider imminently if anything is broken or damaged. Guests must return the accommodation and its contents in the same condition as they were when they arrive. The apartment must not be altered and guests are liable for payment of damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 14 day period will be charged 2 week’s rent or the total amount due, whichever is the lower.
