The building has a lift from 1st to 4th floor. There is no lift access from the ground floor to the 1st or 4th to 5th floor. The 1 bedroom executive apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, but no dishwasher. There is a dishwasher in most 2 bedroom Executive apartments, which have an open plan kitchen. The 2 bedroom Superior apartments have 2 bathrooms (shower room and shower over bathtub), 2 double beds (in most), a separate kitchen with dishwasher and dining table for 4 people. Twin beds is "on request" - subject to availability at the time of arrival. 2 x 2-bedroom apartments are inter-connecting to become a 4-bedroom unit with 4 bathrooms. The minimum booking for this is 2 weeks.

Most of the apartments have a sofa bed in the living room that can be booked for an additional fee to cover for extra housekeeping, towels and bed linen.

Terms & Conditions
Once a reservation is made, guests will receive a secure online link to pay £250 deposit directly to the provider and the full rent is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure, if there are no breakage/damages in the apartment and telephone charges (if any) have been paid. For reservations made 14 days or less before arrival, the rent is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival. The same apply for in-house guests.
Note: the provider reserves the right to make additional charges, if guests have not vacated the apartment by 11am. Check-in is by electronic codes or by visiting the providers office between 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. All apartments are individual and vary in style, size and layout. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed. If smoking is detected, there will be a charge for additional cleaning.
Lost keys: in the event of keys being misplaced or left inside the apartment the provider will charge a lockout fee. Lost keys will be charged minimum £100 + VAT for replacement lock to be fitted.
