7-28 nights stay - 7 days’ notice prior to arrival
28+ nights stay - 14 days’ notice prior to arrival
Pets: one dog up to 20kg is allowed on request for £250 + VAT fee
Damages: please note that guests are responsible to pay for breakage or damages caused during the stay. The provider may charge for lost income whilst the property is being repaired.
