Cancellation Policy:

3-6 nights stay - 4 days notice prior to arrival
7-27 nights stay - 7 days’ notice prior to arrival
28+ nights stay - 14 days’ notice prior to arrival

Deposit & Damages: deposit is not required, but guests are responsible to pay for any damages caused during their stay. The provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired. The main guest who made the booking (and guest) will be notified of any potential charges.
