During Christmas and New Year, high season rates apply. Apartments 4 have a sofa bed in the living room accommodating an extra guest. An extra bed can be provided in apartment 6 and 7 for £15 per night plus 20% VAT. All beds can be provided as double or single. A baby cot on request is complimentary.

Terms & Conditions

Credit or debit card details are required to secure an apartment and payment is due at the time of booking. For longer term stays 7 nights is charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount upon arrival

Cancellation policy: is 4 weeks before arrival and rent is refunded minus 15% administration charge. When less than 4 weeks’ notice is given, no refund will be made

Flight details must be given no later than 14 days before arrival to plan “meet and greet” check-in service. All guests are required to provide passport or identity document on arrival at reception.

2 sets of keys are provided. An additional set is on request. It's guests responsibility to ensure keys are kept safely and returned at the end of the stay. An additional charge will apply for lost keys. If the provider is required to attend access due to lost or forgotten keys outside of office hours a further fee will be charged. Upon departure, guests are asked to return all sets of keys to the Reception office. Outside office hours, they may be left on the dining table in the apartment and the front door to the apartment firmly closed on exit.

Smoking is not permitted within the apartments or or anywhere inside the building. Guests found smoking, may have their stay terminated and asked to leave.

The inventory list will be checked shortly after departure and any damages, breakages or items found to be missing from the apartment inventory will be charged to the occupier's card supplied at the time of arrival/check-in.

Guests are asked to visit Reception before departure to settle their phone bills. Guests departures before 9am or outside office hours are requested to visit Reception the day before to settle their account. Unpaid telephone bills will be charged to the credit card, details as supplied at the guest arrival/check-in
