Terms & Conditions
Credit or debit card details, full name of cardholder and billing address is required to make a reservation. The rent is charged at the time of booking. Corporate clients may pay by bank transfer, subject to prior agreement.
For late or insufficient payments, the provider reserve the right to suspend or cancel a reservation/booking. 4% interest above Bank of England base rate may be charged for the period concerned.
Deposit: A deposit to cover for damages/breakage and/or additional requested extras (airport transfer, additional cleaning, etc) may be taken at the time of booking or upon arrival. We will inform about this at the time of enquiry
Although the provider does not generally charge a security deposit, guests should be aware that they are responsible to pay for all damages & breakages caused in the apartments
7-28 nights – 7 days prior to arrival date or minimum 7 nights’ charge
29 nights – 29 days prior to arrival date or minimum 14 nights’ charge
These notice periods also apply to early departure, postponed arrival or reduction in number of minimum night’s stay.
