The apartments are located only a few minutes from Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street. They have 4G Internet, welcome pack, iPod dock and weekly housekeeping. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer. The living is a great place to chill out and relax, a separate bedroom has a comfortable bed and the bathroom is modern with high quality finish. Fitzrovia is near “Theatreland” in Covent Garden and other West End theatres. It’s dotted with galleries and lovely traditional pubs. Charlotte Street is particularly lively with lots of bistros, cafes and restaurants. The quiet streets are also home to media, advertising and architectural companies. The iconic landmark BT Tower is also based here

Stay of 7-30 nights = 7 days’ notice required
Stay of 31 nights or more = 14 days’ notice required
Should you fail to provide the appropriate notice, the cancellation charge that will be applied is inversely proportional to the amount of notice given.
Stay of 7-30 nights = 7 days’ notice = no charge
6 days’ notice = 1 night charge
5 days’ notice = 2 night charge, and so on
Stay of 31 nights or more = 14 days’ notice = no charge
13 days’ notice = 1 night charge
12 days’ notice = 2 night charge, and so on
Where a Guest wishes to depart before the booked departure date, the cancellation fee and notice periods stated above will apply and you will be charged the nightly rate multiplied by the number of days which should have been included in the notice period.
Where a guest wishes to extend the period of stay in the property, notice by email should be given to us as soon as possible. Guarantee of any extension is subject to availability of the property. An alternative apartment may be offered if the property has been booked for all or part of the required extension period.
The provider reserves the right to charge a different price for the property for any period of extension. Payment for the extension period will be required immediately when availability has been confirmed. The conditions apply to any extension of the booking in the same way that they apply to the original booking.
Failure to check in on the date of arrival and/or any cancellations of bookings (or part bookings) owing to disruption to or cancellation of your travel arrangements, whether caused by an act of God, industrial action, or other circumstances not being the fault of the provider will not reduce or cancel your liability for the full cost of the booking and if applicable, cancellation charges will apply. You are therefore advised to take out adequate insurance to cover your losses in such situations.
