Terms & Conditions
Payment: card details are required to secure an apartment and the rent is charged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. It can also be paid by bank transfer if time allows before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: notification to cancel or reduce a stay is 14 days prior to arrival or the full accommodation cost will be charged. Please note the during high season (summer, Christmas and major event days, all bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Security Deposit: a security deposit is required on arrival to cover for any incidental breakage or damages that may occur during the stay. The amount will differ depending on type of apartment, season and length of stay, which we will advise at the time of enquiry. The authorization on the guest credit card is cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance for "extras" and there are no breakages or damages in the apartment.
Smoking: the apartments are strictly non-smoking. This includes use of all substances, including incense. The property reserves the right to charge a penalty for non-compliance.
