Payments: card details are required to make a reservation. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Any card used to place a reservation must belong to the guest or used by the guest with the consent of the owner. There must be sufficient funds available, to cover the cost of the reservation. The provider reserves the right to obtain validation of any credit or debit card details or verification of the authenticity and ownership before accepting any reservation.
Booking terms: A tenancy agreement for 180 nights is required for a reservation to be confirmed, but can be made with a 3-month break clause, to make the minimum stay 90 nights. The provider requires 6 weeks’ deposit which is refundable after departure, 1-month rent in advance and proof of eligibility to rent and live in the UK, such as passport with visa and/or a work permit.
