Booking terms

Credit or debit card details are required to make a reservation and rent is charged at the time of booking.

Credit card authorization form: if the credit/debit used to pay for the booking is not present at the point of check-in, a “Third Party Credit Card Form” must be completed and signed, for cardholder to approve the card is charged.

Cancellation Policy:
3-6 nights – 72 hours prior to date of arrival
7 to 28 nights – 7 days prior to date of arrival
29 to 89 nights – 14 days prior to date of arrival
90+ nights – 28 days prior to date of arrival

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Failure to meet the terms will result in these charges:

7­ – 28 nights: 7 nights
29 – ­89 nights: 14 nights
90+ nights: 28 nights

Please note: The apartments are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found, a £100 fine will be charged. Hen and stag parties are not allowed and pets not permitted.

Check-in: The property does not have a Reception, so check-in must be pre-arranged. It is possible after 8pm for £50 additional fee, but no later than 1am. The provider require 2 hours notice to re-arrange check-in when guests are delayed.
