Booking terms

Credit or debit card details are required to secure an apartment. VISA, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted. The rent and deposit is charged at the time of booking. In some cases, an invoice can be issued to a company and the rent paid by bank transfer, subject to agreement with the Management

If the credit card used to pay for the booking will not be present at the point of check-in, a “Third Party Credit Card Authorisation Form” must be completed, with a scan of the front and back of the card, prior to check-in. Access will not be granted if the documents are not received.

Security Deposit:
A deposit is required to be held against any damage and/or incidentals cost – if any. This will be refunded after departure, once the provider have checked the apartments/s. However, guests should be aware that they are responsible for all damages in the apartment, not limited to the deposit amount. VAT (tax) is not charged on the deposit amount.

1 night to 14 nights stay – 2 nights rent
15 nights to 1 month stay – 1 week rent
1 month to 3 months stay – 2 weeks rent
3 months+ stay – 1 month rent

Cancellation Policy:
7 night’s stays or less – a cancellation may be made up to 14 days prior to date of arrival.
8 to 28 nights stays – 21 days’ notice of cancellation is required.
29 to 89 nights stays – 4 weeks notice of cancellation is required.
90+ nights stays – 6 weeks notice of cancellation is required.

All cancellation’s made outside of the above will be charged in full. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Extension of stays:
Extension of a booking, is subject to availability and rate offered for the additional period

Minimum stay:
The minimum stay is 1 week. Shorter bookings may be accepted within a few weeks of arrival, subject to availability

Check-in is after 2pm – Check-out before 10.30am. For guaranteed access before 2pm, we recommend that the booking is made from the night before

Access & keys:
Access to the building is by electronic codes, which are issued and sent to guests before arrival. Inside the building is a box with keys to the apartments. When vacating, they should be left on the table in the living area. £25 will be charged for each missing key

Travel insurance:
Guests are recommended to have travel insurance to cover for cancellation, loss of personal belongings and medical expenses. The provider is not responsible for loss or damage caused by any circumstances beyond their control (force majeure) during occupancy of an apartment

The apartments have a strict no party policy and parties of any kind are not permitted. Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 11pm. The apartments are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found, a fine will be charged to cover for special cleaning. Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs and ESA animals (certified Emotional Support Animals) may be permitted, subject to acceptance and agreement by the Management. The apartments can only be occupied as temporary accommodation by the number of people and dates stated in the confirmation
