TERMS & CONDITIONS :
Credit card details are required to secure the apartment and the rent is charged on arrival. When bookings are made on a “non-refundable” basis, payment is taken at the time of booking. Full rent will be charged for late cancellation and no-show. The provider reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards and the same card must be presented upon check-in. Guests will be asked to complete and sign a Registration Form, to accept the full terms and conditions.
Stays 30 – 60 nights – 1-week non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount is due upon check-in
Stays 60 nights or longer – 1-week non-refundable deposit and 2 months’ rent is charged before arrival or upon arrival. The remaining can be paid on a monthly basis 30 days in advance, subject to agreement.
2 or more apartments and group bookings – 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining upon arrival.
June to September, the minimum stay is 4 weeks in most of the larger apartments. Please check with us at the time of enquiry. For stays during this period, 1-week non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of booking and the remaining rent is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival or the full rent is due. 14 days notice is also required to shorten a stay. Between June & September, stays of 30 days or more and group bookings – the cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival or the full rent is due.
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out before 11am. Late check-out is subject to availability and charged: 50% of the daily rent 12 Noon to 3pm and 100% after 3pm.
Security Deposit: is required to cover for extra incidental cost, breakages or damages. The amount depend on type of apartment. Please check at the time of enquiry. It is pre-authrorized to the card and is automatically cancelled, if outstanding balance for extras has been paid and there are no breakages or damages in the apartment.
Non-Resident visitors: must be reported to Reception staff. Only number of persons confirmed at the time of booking, are allowed to stay in the apartment after 12 midnight.
Pets: are not allowed. Smoking & Smell: The apartments are stricly non-smoking. Perfume incense, burning sticks/oil fragrance/diffusers are not allowed. If this is ignored, the provider can charge a £500 fine or the total cost of cleaning the apartment. Rent will also be charged for the period the apartment cannot be occupied by other guests.
Termination of stay: the provider reserve the right to terminate the booking and the right to stay in the apartment due to: non-payment of monies due, overcrowding, unreasonable behaviour and unorthorized parties or gatherings.
Extension of stay is subject to availability.
Insurance: guests are adviced to purchase travel insuranse, to cover for loss or damage to valuables left unattended in the apartment. Co/Mbl
