Booking terms

Credit or debit card details are required to secure one of the apartments. Rent for stays less than 30 nights is due at the time of booking. For longer stays it is subject to agreement, but due before arrival

Deposit: for stays more than 30 days, 1 month deposit is required

Cancellation policy:
1-6 nights stay – 7 days prior to arrival or the full rent will be charged
7-28 nights stay – 14 nights prior to arrival or the full rent will be charged
29-89 nights stay – 30 days prior to arrival or the full rent will be charged
90+ nights stay – 45 days prior to arrival or the full rent will be charged

• For bookings up to 6 nights, 72 business hours’ notice prior to the date of arrival
• For bookings of 7 to 28 nights, 7 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
• For bookings of 29 to 89 nights, 14 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
• For bookings of 90 nights of more, 28 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival

Note: the apartments are non-smoking. Failure to adhere to this will incur a £300 plus VAT fee. ref.prqa
