Booking terms

Credit or debit card details are required to secure one of the apartments. Rent for stays less than 30 nights is due at the time of booking. For longer stays it’s subject to agreement, but due before arrival

Cancellation policy:
1 to 6 nights – 72 business hours’ notice prior to the date of arrival
7 to 28 nights – 7 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
29 to 89 nights – 14 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival
90 nights of more – 28 working days’ notice prior to the date of arrival

Note: the apartments are non-smoking. Failure to adhere to this, will incur a £300 plus 20% VAT fee. Pets are not allowed. Ref. Pr/qa
