The apartment providers we represent have different Terms & Conditions which are featured in “Booking terms” for each property on our website.
They require credit or debit card details to make a reservation. The rent is due in advance or the latest at the time of check-in. For long term corporate stays, companies can pay by invoice subject to prior agreement. A few providers charge rent on departure.
Some require a deposit, which will be refunded in full shortly after check-out if there are no damages in the apartment. However, guests should be aware that they are liable all damages, not limited to the deposit.
Telephone charges and any ordered extras (additional cleaning, theatre tickets, airport transfer, dry cleaning etc) must be settled by guests before departure
We do not charge a booking fee. The rent and extras is always paid directly to our providers. We have taken all efforts in order to give correct information at the time of booking. However, we cannot be held responsible by any faults or acts caused by any third party
