An extra bed can be provided in the 2-bedroom and the American double apartments (2 double beds in the sleeping area) for £30 per night, accommodating 5 guests in each unit

Credit card details are required to make a reservation.

Cancellation policy:
Stays of 1-3 nights – 24 hours prior to arrival or 1 night rent will be charged
Stays of 4-6 nights – 48 hours prior to arrival or 2 nights rent will be charged
Stays of 7 nights or more – 14 days or 3 nights rent will be charged

Early departures:
Stays of 1-3 nights will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee
Stays of 4-6 nights will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 7+ nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 28+ nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee
Stays of 60+ nights will be charged at 28 nights cancellation fee

No shows (non arrivals):
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.

Group bookings:
Reservations for multiple rooms may be treated as a Group booking request and an applicable Group rate and contract will apply. Bookings of 5+ apartments that cancel within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking value

All 2-bedroom flats have an en-suite bathroom plus a separate toilet/shower room. Car parking is £10 per day, £60 per week and £240 per month – subject to availability. The lobby area also has Wi-Fi Broadband Internet

A valid credit card number is required to confirm or guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation /no show policy/Early Checkouts:

For stays of up to 29 nights;
- cancellation must be notified 7 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation fee.
- cancellation received after this time or “no-show”, St marks will retain or invoice
the value of 7 nights’ accommodation.
For stays of over 30 nights;
- cancellation must be notified 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation fee.
- cancellation received after this time or “no-show”, St marks will retain or invoice
the value of 14 nights’ accommodation.

Modification to a reservation or change of the duration of stay:
- Subject to availability & at the discretion of the management, the length of stay can
be extended although there will be no obligation to allocate the same apartment or
to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened then
the applicable tariff for that shorter stay will come into force.
The following notice is required;
- for stays of up to 29 nights 7 days notice or an early departure fee will be charged.
– for stays of over 30 nights 14 days notice or an early departure fee will be charged.
– Please note that a change of stay for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied
retrospectively. The new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival.

Group reservations:
Payment Conditions:
– 30% of the account payable on confirmation
– Balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival
– Rooming list at least 15 days prior to arrival
Cancellation:
– Total or partial cancellation will lead to the following charges:
From 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking total amount.
From 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 75% of the booking total amount.
From 7 days prior to arrival or no show:100% of the booking total amount
