Stays of 4-6 nights &#8211; 48 hours prior to arrival or 2 nights rent will be charged<br />
Stays of 7 nights or more &#8211; 14 days or 3 nights rent will be charged </p>
<p><strong>Early departures</strong>:<br />
Stays of 1-3 nights will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee<br />
Stays of 4-6 nights will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee<br />
Stays of 7+ nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee<br />
Stays of 28+ nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee<br />
Stays of 60+ nights will be charged at 28 nights cancellation fee</p>
<p><strong>No shows (non arrivals)</strong>:<br />
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.</p>
<p><strong>Group bookings</strong>:<br />
Reservations for multiple rooms may be treated as a Group booking request and an applicable Group rate and contract will apply. Bookings of 5+ apartments that cancel within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking value</p>

<p>No deposit is required. Credit card details will be kept on file and the rent is charged 24-hour prior to arrival. Guest will be charged full rent in case of non-arrivals without prior cancellation. No refund is given for non-arrivals. An imprint will be taken of the credit card to cover for incidental costs and any damage in the apartment. <strong>Cancellation policy</strong>: notification of cancellation in writing must be received within a minimum 28 days before the actual date of arrival, in which case there is no cancellation charge. If the apartment is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for the entire rent, unless the apartment is re-let</p>

Cancellation /no show policy/Early Checkouts</strong>:</p>
<p>For stays of up to 29 nights;<br />
-	cancellation must be notified 7 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation fee.<br />
-	cancellation received after this time or “no-show”, St marks will retain or invoice<br />
       the value of 7 nights’ accommodation.<br />
For stays of over 30 nights;<br />
-	cancellation must be notified 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation fee.<br />
-	cancellation received after this time or “no-show”, St marks will retain or invoice<br />
      the value of 14 nights’ accommodation.</p>
<p><strong>Modification to a reservation or change of the duration of stay</strong>:<br />
-     Subject to availability &#038; at the discretion of the management, the length of stay can<br />
      be extended although there will be no obligation to allocate the same apartment or<br />
      to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened then<br />
      the applicable tariff for that shorter stay will come into force.<br />
      The following notice is required;<br />
-       for stays of up to 29 nights 7 days notice or an early departure fee will be charged.<br />
      &#8211;     for stays of over 30 nights 14 days notice or an early departure fee will be charged.<br />
      &#8211;     Please note that a change of stay for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied<br />
            retrospectively.  The new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival.</p>

Guest will be charged full rent in case of non-arrivals without prior cancellation. No refund is given for non-arrivals. An imprint will be taken of the credit card to cover for incidental costs and any damage in the apartment.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation policy</strong>: Notice of cancellation must be given in writing minimum 28 days before the actual date of arrival, in which case there is no cancellation charge. If the apartment is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for the entire rent, unless the apartment is re-let</p>
