What is a serviced apartment?
They are known by many different names including apartment hotels, apart’hotels, corporate and interim housing, self-catering, short stay and self-contained apartments. “Serviced apartments” means they are cleaned by professional maids at least once a week. Some providers have a few apartments, others several hundred.
