<p>Credit card information and a signed booking form is required to confirm a reservation. The full rent will be debited the card for all stays of less than 1 month. For stays of more than 1 months, the first month is charged prior to check-in and the card will be charged on a monthly basis.    </p>
<p><strong>Deposit</strong>: the credit card details will be held as a guarantee to cover any loss and damages. An inventory list will be given guests at the time of arrival and this will be checked on departure. Smoking in the apartment will incur a penalty fee of £100 plus VAT. </p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check in is free of charge. If no notice is given, 50% of the total stay will be charged. 7 days notice is required for early check-outs. No shows will be charged for the full stay. </p>
<p><strong>Parking</strong>: parking is located in the basement car park. Vehicles and belongings are left at the owners risk. The apartment provider cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage</p>

The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms. In some apartments a single extra bed can be provided for £60 per week. Baby cot on request £50 per week. Broadband Internet is charged £15 per 4 weeks, which is a minimum fee. Outgoing telephone calls are for guests to use by purchasing their own calling cards</p>

<p>Credit card details are required in order to make a make a reservation. </p>
<p>Payment: 20% of the rent is charged at the time of booking. The amount is non-refundable. Full rent must be received 6 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit cards (VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro) or bank transfer. Please add £20 to cover for bank charges. Please also note that there is a 3% fee for all transactions. American Express and Diners card are not accepted </p>
<p>Deposit: £300 is required to cover for any damages made in the apartment</p>
<p>Cancellation policy: </p>
<p>Cancellation more than 31 days before arrival, 20% rent is non refundable<br />
Cancellation between 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the rent is payable<br />
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: rent will not be subject to any refund, regardless of whether or not full payment has been received. </p>
<p>For long terms stays (more than 4 weeks), should a visitor wish to shorten the stay, 3 weeks notice is required in writing. If an apartment is vacated without notice the provider will retain the amount corresponding to the 3 weeks. </p>
<p>Visitors are strongly recommended to ensure they have suitable travel insurance.  </p>
<p><strong>TERMS AND CONDITIONS:<br />
2012 London Olympic Games – 27/07/2012 – 12/08/2012</strong></p>
<p>Minimum stay: 5 nights</p>
<p><strong>Payment</strong>: full payment (i.e. Balance less deposit already paid if applicable) must be received 90 days prior to commencement of the booking. If payment is not received by our provider the due date, they reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately upon notice.</p>
<p>For bookings made less than 21 days prior to arrival, payment can only be made by card or bank transfer. Payments will be automatically taken using credit card provided. </p>
<p><strong>Payment methods</strong>: Visa, MasterCard and debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, and Maestro). Please note there will be a 3% bank surcharge that will be added onto all card transactions. American Express and Diners cards are not accepted. Bank cheques are only accepted if provided more than 21 days prior to arrival date. By bank transfer, we will give the provider’s details at the time of booking. Please add £20 to cover bank charges and quote the booking reference number. To register your booking paid via bank, the provider requires a copy of the transfer sent to them directly by fax. </p>
<p><strong>General</strong>: should the provider need to change the booking, alternative accommodation will be offered or a full refund given. They cannot take responsibility for loss of any luggage, valuables or for injury sustained during your stay, whether in an apartment provided or whilst you are out. Therefore travel insurance is strongly recommend  </p>
<p><strong>Force majeure</strong>: the provider shall not be liable to any person by reason of any delay or failure to perform any obligations due to any circumstances beyond their control.</p>
<p><strong>Amendments</strong>: any amendments requested by the client cannot be guaranteed by the provider if there is no availability as per the amendment request. £30.00 charge applies for all amendments.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation</strong>: all requests for cancellation must be made in writing and will take effect from the date the provider receive the notification. Advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable in all circumstances.</p>
<p>Cancellation less than 90 days before your arrival will not be subject to any refund. </p>
<p><strong>Damage &#038; lost keys</strong>: the provider requires a £300 damage deposit for each booking either in cash, cleared funds or credit/debit card. If taken by cash or cleared funds, your deposit will be returned to you within 14 days, if taken by card, it is only a preauthorisation on funds.</p>
<p>There are no charges, unless: the conditions relating to reservations, payment and cancellation are not respected. If keys are lost or unreasonable damage is caused in the apartment</p>

Stays of 7 nights or more &#8211; 14 days or 3 nights rent will be charged </p>
<p><strong>Early departures</strong>:<br />
Stays of 1-3 nights will be charged a 1 night cancellation fee<br />
Stays of 4-6 nights will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee<br />
Stays of 7+ nights will be charged 3 nights cancellation fee<br />
Stays of 28+ nights will be charged 7 nights cancellation fee<br />
Stays of 60+ nights will be charged at 28 nights cancellation fee</p>
<p><strong>No shows (non arrivals)</strong>:<br />
No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.</p>
<p><strong>Group bookings</strong>:<br />
Reservations for multiple rooms may be treated as a Group booking request and an applicable Group rate and contract will apply. Bookings of 5+ apartments that cancel within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total booking value</p>

<p>Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation and the rent is due before or on arrival and before any extension of stay. For bookings made in advance, payment is charged at the time of booking.</p>
<p>Credit card fee: MasterCard &amp; VISA: 3.5%, American Express &amp; Diners: 4,5%. There is no fee for debit cards</p>
<p>A pre-authorization of the credit card will be taken and this will be held against any damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid incidentals. On move out all keys must be returned. A fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged for keys not returned within 24 hours of the move out date</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: If a cancellation or amendment is made to a booking within 72 hours of the move-in date, the apartment provider will charge 100% for the cancelled nights. The cancellation notice must be in writing and will come into effect from the date of receipt. There will be a maximum cancellation fee of the first 72 hours of the rental period or for the entire rental period if the booking is for less than 72 hours. Similarly, should a guest be required to depart earlier than the reserved departure date, 72 hours notice of the new departure date must be provided in order to avoid the cancellation policy. Any cancelled bookings that were processed by credit card will not be refunded the credit card service charge</p>

<p>Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. For Amex and Diners there is a surcharge of 3% of the rent. VISA &#038; MasterCard the fee is 1.5%. There is no fee for debit cards or Maestro.</p>
<p>Rent will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival. For arrivals within 2 weeks, payment will be taken at the time of booking.</p>
<p>Guests should be aware that they are repsonsible to pay for any damages and breakage in the apartment</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>:<br />
Stays of less than 7 nights must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to 12 noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee charge equivalent to the total rent </p>
<p>Stays 7 to 27 nights must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent of 7 nights rent </p>
<p>Stays of 28 nights+ must be made at least 28 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent of 7 nights rent</p>

<p><strong>Deposit</strong>:<br />
For stays of 29 nights or more, a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the accommodation being reserved is required. All confirmation deposits must be received at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival. If not received, the Management for the apartments reserves the right to cancel reservations without notice. Deposits may be paid by credit card upon receipt of the card holder’s signed authority and a clearly legible copy of both sides of said card. Where a corporate or company credit card is used, the copy of said card must be presented on your company headed paper.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy:</strong></p>
<p>Stays of 1-6 nights: notice of cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation fee of 1 night being levied</p>
<p>Stays of 7-28 nights: notice of cancellation is required 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation fee of 3 nights being levied</p>
<p>Stays of 29 nights or more: notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation fee of 14 nights being levied</p>
<p>An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above</p>
