<p>Credit card information and a signed booking form is required to confirm a reservation. The full rent will be debited the card for all stays of less than 1 month. For stays of more than 1 months, the first month is charged prior to check-in and the card will be charged on a monthly basis.    </p>
<p><strong>Deposit</strong>: the credit card details will be held as a guarantee to cover any loss and damages. An inventory list will be given guests at the time of arrival and this will be checked on departure. Smoking in the apartment will incur a penalty fee of £100 plus VAT. </p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check in is free of charge. If no notice is given, 50% of the total stay will be charged. 7 days notice is required for early check-outs. No shows will be charged for the full stay. </p>
<p><strong>Parking</strong>: parking is located in the basement car park. Vehicles and belongings are left at the owners risk. The apartment provider cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage</p>

<p>No deposit is required. Credit card details will be kept on file and the rent is charged 24-hour prior to arrival. Guest will be charged full rent in case of non-arrivals without prior cancellation. No refund is given for non-arrivals. An imprint will be taken of the credit card to cover for incidental costs and any damage in the apartment</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation policy</strong>: We must receive notification of cancellation in writing minimum 28 days before the actual date of arrival, in which case there is no cancellation charge. If the apartment is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for the entire rent, unless the apartment is re-let</p>

<p><strong>Deposit</strong>:<br />
For stays of 29 nights or more, a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the accommodation being reserved is required. All confirmation deposits must be received at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival. If not received, the Management for the apartments reserves the right to cancel reservations without notice. Deposits may be paid by credit card upon receipt of the card holder’s signed authority and a clearly legible copy of both sides of said card. Where a corporate or company credit card is used, the copy of said card must be presented on your company headed paper.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy:</strong></p>
<p>Stays of 1-6 nights: notice of cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation fee of 1 night being levied</p>
<p>Stays of 7-28 nights: notice of cancellation is required 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation fee of 3 nights being levied</p>
<p>Stays of 29 nights or more: notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation fee of 14 nights being levied</p>
<p>An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above</p>

<strong><br />
Cancellation /no show policy/Early Checkouts</strong>:</p>
<p>For stays of up to 29 nights;<br />
-	cancellation must be notified 7 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation fee.<br />
-	cancellation received after this time or “no-show”, St marks will retain or invoice<br />
       the value of 7 nights’ accommodation.<br />
For stays of over 30 nights;<br />
-	cancellation must be notified 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation fee.<br />
-	cancellation received after this time or “no-show”, St marks will retain or invoice<br />
      the value of 14 nights’ accommodation.</p>
<p><strong>Modification to a reservation or change of the duration of stay</strong>:<br />
-     Subject to availability &#038; at the discretion of the management, the length of stay can<br />
      be extended although there will be no obligation to allocate the same apartment or<br />
      to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened then<br />
      the applicable tariff for that shorter stay will come into force.<br />
      The following notice is required;<br />
-       for stays of up to 29 nights 7 days notice or an early departure fee will be charged.<br />
      &#8211;     for stays of over 30 nights 14 days notice or an early departure fee will be charged.<br />
      &#8211;     Please note that a change of stay for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied<br />

            From 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking total amount.<br />

<p>No deposit is required. Credit card details will be kept on file and the rent is charged 24-hour prior to arrival. Guest will be charged full rent in case of non-arrivals without prior cancellation. No refund is given for non-arrivals. An imprint will be taken of the credit card to cover for incidental costs and any damage in the apartment.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation policy</strong>: We must receive notification of cancellation in writing minimum 28 days before the actual date of arrival, in which case there is no cancellation charge. If the apartment is cancelled within 28 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for the entire rent, unless the apartment is re-let</p>
