Cancellation Policy: within 48 hours of arrival – no charge. Less than 48 hours and no shows will be charged 2 night’s rent.

For bookings of more than 7 nights, 7 days cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival and no shows – 7 night’s will be changed

Booking terms

Credit card information and a signed booking form is required to confirm a reservation. The full rent will be debited the card for all stays of less than 1 month. For stays of more than 1 months, the first month is charged prior to check-in and the card will be charged on a monthly basis.

Deposit: the credit card details will be held as a guarantee to cover any loss and damages. An inventory list will be given guests at the time of arrival and this will be checked on departure. Smoking in the apartment will incur a penalty fee of £100 plus VAT.

Cancellation Policy: cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check in is free of charge. If no notice is given, 50% of the total stay will be charged. 7 days notice is required for early check-outs. No shows will be charged for the full stay.

Parking: parking is located in the basement car park. Vehicles and belongings are left at the owners risk. The apartment provider cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage
