A baby cot can be provided on request for £5 per night plus VAT – no bedding is provided. Broadband is £15 per week plus VAT (tax). Use of the sofabed is charged £15 per week plus VAT

Booking terms

Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. For Amex and Diners there is a surcharge of 3% of the rent. VISA & MasterCard the fee is 1.5%. There is no fee for debit cards or Maestro.

Rent will be charged 2 weeks prior to arrival. For arrivals within 2 weeks, payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Guests should be aware that they are repsonsible to pay for any damages and breakage in the apartment

Cancellation Policy:
Stays of less than 7 nights must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to 12 noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee charge equivalent to the total rent

Stays 7 to 27 nights must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent of 7 nights rent

Stays of 28 nights+ must be made at least 28 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent of 7 nights rent
