The brand new 2-bedroom apartments will be available to book from the end of February 2012. They are on the ground floor and the lower ground floor and each can sleep 5 guests as they have a sofa bed in the living room

Stays of 1-6 nights can only be confirmed close to arrival date. The price is £150 for a studio and £180 for a 1-bedroom apartment – per night and inclusive of VAT

CANCELLATION CHARGES:

Reservations between 1 – 7 nights will have to be cancelled by the guest 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 nights accommodation.

Reservations of 7-28 nights should be cancelled 10 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 7 nights’ accommodation.

Reservations of 28 + nights or more should be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 7 nights’ accommodation.

The cancellation charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Reservations between 1-7 nights, the full amount will be charged at the time of the booking.

Reservations made for 28+nights, a deposit of 50% of accommodation amount is required at the time of booking and the outstanding balance will be payable prior to arrival.

The provider accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro UK, Maestro Inernational, AMEX and JCB. For guests who wish to pay via bank transfer the full payment is required prior to arrival.

DAMAGE LIABILITY:

Guests are liable for the cost(s) of repair and / or replacement arising as a result of negligence with any part of the building or contents therein. A security deposit of £ 300.00 will be payable upon arrival to be held against any damage or loss caused by the client during their stay.

Booking terms

In order to reserve and guarantee an apartment, the provider require credit card details. A Credit Card Form must be filled in, signed and sent to the provider to accept that payment is charged to the card. All credit cards are accepted and no fee is charged. Payment can also be made by bank transfers, sterling bank draft, sterling travellers chequies or cash in pound sterling.

A deposit of £500 will be charged to cover for outstanding bills or damages plus £250 pounds rent. The remaining full rent is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival to guarantee the accommodation. In the event of cancellation and/or early curtailment (where all charges have been paid in full), the provider will retain the payment of £250. Cancellation prior to arrival must be given the company in writing. The rent for the reserved period will be refunded less than any reasonable cost or charges considered fair and reasonable, for all or any part of the rental period if the apartment is re-let.

Guests can extend their stay, subject to availability and advanced payment by giving notification no later than 4 days before the reserved departure date. Full Terms of Business will be given the guest at the time of booking

Maid service is every day except Sundays. For bookings of less than 1 week, apartments can only be confirmed within 2 weeks of arrival. Baby cots and extra beds can be provided on request – each for £15 per night. High chairs are also available

Booking terms

Payment: Credit card details are required to secure an apartment. Outside of the period from 15th June to 15th September 2012, the provider require full pre-payment of accommodation and a security deposit upon arrival. During the period from 15 June to 20th July 2012 there is a minimum of 4 (four) weeks stay and one week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Full pre-payment of the balance is required 30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the booking will be released

Olympics Period: During the Olympics period (from 20th July up to 15 September) there is a minimum of 2 (two) weeks minimum stay and we require full prepayment (NON-REFUNDABLE) of accommodation rental in order to confirm the booking.

Credit card charges: outside the summer period your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above

Cards Accepted: American Express, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Security Deposit: Please note that at check in the provider require a security/deposit which is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and after an inventory check out has been made. An authorisation is NOT DEBITED from the cardholder’s account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled. Please see charges below:

Cancellation Policy:

Outside of the period from 15th June to 15th September 2012:
Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let. Once you have checked in you must give the provider 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.

During the period from 15 June to 20th July 2012:
Notification of Cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice. For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.

*** Please note that 1 week is non-refundable.

Payment: 20% of the rent is charged at the time of booking. The amount is non-refundable. Full rent must be received 6 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit cards (VISA, VISA, Electron, Maestro) or bank transfer. Please add £20 to cover for bank charges. Please also note that there is a 3% fee for all transactions. American Express and Diners card are not accepted

Deposit: £300 is required to cover for any damages made in the apartment

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 31 days before arrival, 20% rent is non refundable
Cancellation between 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the rent is payable
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: rent will not be subject to any refund, regardless of whether or not full payment has been received.

For long terms stays (more than 4 weeks), should a visitor wish to shorten the stay, 3 weeks notice is required in writing. If an apartment is vacated without notice the apartment provider will retain the amount corresponding to the 3 weeks.

Visitors are strongly recommended to ensure they have suitable travel insurance.

The minimum stay Friday and Saturday is 2 nights. During July, August, September, October, between 19 April – 4 May and stays which include 31 December, the minimum stay is 5 nights

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Bookings for 1 apartment for less than 3 weeks:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (or 15 GBP in the UK)
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

Bookings for 2 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge

Reducing the number of nights or guests after confirming a reservation:

Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy. Reducing the number of guests will not affect the total price. In individual cases and depending on the agreement with the property owner, the above rules can be negotiable.

Cancellation during the stay is only possible after the first month; after a one-month stay a 14 – day notice applies

In case of reservations amounting to over £1,500 for more than 1 apartment, 30% of the total amount is required paid up front by bank transfer. In some specific cases the provider may ask for advanced payment. Please note, the reservation will not be confirmed until this operation is complete

Arrivals between 9pm and midnight are subject to a late check-in charge of £20. After midnight the fee is £30. Late check-ins are subject to special arrangement with the apartment provider made prior to arrival
