<p>The notice period required to avoid a charge for cancellation or early departure:<br />
Up to 7 nights stay: 72 hours notice<br />
8 to 30 nights stay: 7 days notice<br />
31 &#8211; 42 nights stay: 14 days notice<br />
43 nights+ stay: 21 days notice</p>
<p>Extension to Accommodation Period Booked</p>
<p>If you believe that you are likely to need to extend your accommodation period beyond the period originally booked and paid for, then you should notify us of this requirement as soon as possible. The apartment provider cannot guarantee any extension, but will try to accommodate guests provided they are informed by the following timescales:</p>
<p>Length of additional stay &#8211; notice required<br />
Up to 7 nights: 72 hours notice<br />
8 to 30 nights: 7 days notice<br />
31 -42 nights: 14 days notice<br />
43 nights+: 21 days notice</p>
<p>The company reserve the right to apply a different nightly, weekly or monthly rental rate to any extension to the accommodation period, as per Terms &amp; Conditions of Business.</p>

<p>Credit card information is required to make a reservation</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation prior to arrival</strong>: notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.</p>
<p><strong>Deposit &amp; Damages</strong>: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented &amp; photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure</p>

<p>To secure an apartment the provider require credit or debit card details</p>
<p><strong>Payment Procedure</strong>: When a booking is made less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, the full rent is required to confirm the reservation. When a booking is made more than 35 days prior to the arrival date, an initial payment of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Where an initial payment has been made the final payment of 75% is due to be paid 28 days before arrival. If the provider do not receive full payment by this time, the booking may be cancelled and the initial payment forfeited. You may also be liable for the balance of the total rent and for any other costs involved in the attempt to re-let the accommodation.</p>
<p><strong>Methods of Payment</strong>: Payment must be made to Us in UK Pounds Sterling and must be clear of all bank charges, exchange rate variations, and any other deductions. The provider accept the following methods of payment: Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Access, MasterCard, Diners or AMEX, Switch, Delta. A 2% surcharge will be made on all Credit Card and non-UK Debit Card payments and a 4% surcharge on all AMEX and Diners Card payments. There is no surcharge for UK Debit Cards</p>

Guest will be charged full rent in case of non-arrivals without prior cancellation. No refund is given for non-arrivals. An imprint will be taken of the credit card to cover for incidental costs and any damage in the apartment. <strong>Cancellation policy</strong>: notification of cancellation in writing must be received within a minimum 28 days before the actual date of arrival, in which case there is no cancellation charge.
