The notice period required to avoid a charge for cancellation or early departure:

8 to 30 nights: 7 days notice
31 – 42 nights: 14 days notice
43 nights+ 21 days notice

Extension to Accommodation Period Booked

If you believe that you are likely to need to extend your accommodation period beyond the period originally booked and paid for, then you should notify us of this requirement as soon as possible. The apartment provider cannot guarantee any extension, but will try to accommodate guests provided they are informed by the following timescales:

8 to 30 nights: 7 days notice

Booking terms

A deposit equivalent of 4 weeks rent is required at the time of the apartment being reserved in order to guarantee unless otherwise agreed. All confirmation deposits must be received at the time of booking or at least 21 days prior to arrival, whichever is the later. If not received, the company reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice. Unless prior arrangements have been made, full payment of the first month’s rent is due upon arrival. Security deposits are refundable no longer than 30 days after departure, less any deductions for outstanding incidental cost or damages

Cancellation Policy:
Stays of 90 days or more: 21 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation fee being levied (minimum cancellation charge of 50% of total booking if cancelled less than 21 days. Any option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above
