<p>Extension to Accommodation Period Booked</p>
<p>If you believe that you are likely to need to extend your accommodation period beyond the period originally booked and paid for, then you should notify us of this requirement as soon as possible. The apartment provider cannot guarantee any extension, but will try to accommodate guests provided they are informed by the following timescales:</p>
<p>Length of additional stay &#8211; notice required<br />
Up to 7 nights: 72 hours notice<br />
8 to 30 nights: 7 days notice<br />
31 -42 nights: 14 days notice<br />
43 nights+: 21 days notice</p>
<p>The company reserve the right to apply a different nightly, weekly or monthly rental rate to any extension to the accommodation period, as per Terms &amp; Conditions of Business.</p>

<p><strong>Cancellation prior to arrival</strong>: notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.</p>
<p><strong>Deposit &amp; Damages</strong>: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented &amp; photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure</p>

<p><strong>Payment</strong>:</p>
<p><strong>Payment</strong>: Credit card details are required to secure an apartment. Outside of the period from 1 June to 15th September 2012, the provider require full pre-payment of accommodation and a security deposit upon arrival. During the period from 1 June to 20th July 2012 there is a minimum of 4 (four) weeks stay and one week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Full pre-payment of the balance is required  30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the booking will be released</p>
<p><strong>Olympics Period</strong>: During the Olympics period (from 20th July up to 15 September) there is a minimum of 2 (two) weeks minimum stay and we require full prepayment (NON-REFUNDABLE) of accommodation rental in order to confirm the booking.</p>
<p><strong>Credit card charges</strong>: outside the summer period your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above</p>
<p><strong>Cards Accepted</strong>: American Express, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa.</p>
<p><strong>Security Deposit</strong>: Please note that at check in the provider require a security/deposit which is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and after an inventory check out has been made. An authorisation is NOT DEBITED from the cardholder’s account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled. Please see charges below:</p>

3-bedroom &#8211; £2000</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>:</p>
<p><strong>Outside of the period from 1 June to 15th September 2012</strong>:<br />
Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let. Once you have checked in you must give the provider 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.</p>
<p><strong>During the period from 1 June to 20th July 2012</strong>:<br />

<p>Credit card information is required to make a reservation</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation prior to arrival</strong>: notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.</p>
<p><strong>Deposit &amp; Damages</strong>: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented &amp; photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure</p>
<p><strong>Extensions</strong>: all requests for extensions will be subject to availability</p>

<p><strong>Cancellation prior to arrival</strong>: notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.</p>
<p><strong>Deposit &amp; Damages</strong>: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented &amp; photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure</p>

<p><strong>Payment</strong>: Credit card details are required to secure an apartment. Outside of the period from 15th June to 15th September 2012, the provider require full pre-payment of accommodation and a security deposit upon arrival. During the period from 15 June to 20th July 2012 there is a minimum of 4 (four) weeks stay and one week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Full pre-payment of the balance is required  30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the booking will be released</p>
<p><strong>Olympics Period</strong>: During the Olympics period (from 20th July up to 15 September) there is a minimum of 2 (two) weeks minimum stay and we require full prepayment (NON-REFUNDABLE) of accommodation rental in order to confirm the booking. </p>
<p><strong>Credit card charges</strong>: outside the summer period your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above</p>
<p><strong>Cards Accepted</strong>: American Express, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa.</p>
<p><strong>Security Deposit</strong>: Please note that at check in the provider require a security/deposit of £2000, which is usually an authorization on the guest credit card, but it is NOT DEBITED from the cardholder&#8217;s account. It will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and after an inventory check out has been made. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled if there are no damages to the apartment </p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: </p>
<p><strong>Outside of the period from 15th June to 15th September 2012</strong>:<br />
Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let. Once you have checked in you must give the provider 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.</p>
<p><strong>During the period from 15 June to 20th July 2012</strong>:<br />
Notification of Cancellation  is required 30 days prior to arrival date and subject to re-letting on a short notice. For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.</p>

<p>In order to reserve and guarantee an apartment, the provider require credit card details. A Credit Card Form must be filled in, signed and sent to the provider to accept that payment is charged to the card. All credit cards are accepted and no fee is charged. Payment can also be made by bank transfers, sterling bank draft, sterling travellers chequies or cash in pound sterling.</p>
<p>A deposit of £500 will be charged to cover for outstanding bills or damages plus £250 pounds rent. The remaining full rent is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival to guarantee the accommodation. In the event of cancellation and/or early curtailment (where all charges have been paid in full), the provider will retain the payment of £250. Cancellation prior to arrival must be given the company in writing. The rent for the reserved period will be refunded less than any reasonable cost or charges considered fair and reasonable, for all or any part of the rental period if the apartment is re-let.</p>
<p>Guests can extend their stay, subject to availability and advanced payment by giving notification no later than 4 days before the reserved departure date. Full Terms of Business will be given the guest at the time of booking</p>
