<p>Credit card details are required to make a reservation.</p>
<p><strong>Terms &amp; Conditions</strong>: once the provider has reserved the apartment they will require a completed Booking Form. The completion and return of the booking form confirms the acceptance of these terms. The rent is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, payment must be made in full immediately</p>
<p>Payment can be made by the following means: cheque in pounds sterling, bank transfer in pounds sterling, debit &amp; credit cards (except American Express) please note there is a 2% surcharge on all credit card payments. The booking is non transferable. The apartment must only be occupied by the persons listed on the Booking form otherwise the contract will be null and void.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>: should it be necessary to cancel your booking a full refund will be made of your deposit less £50 for administration and bank charges up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. After this date refunds will only be made if the apartment can be re-let.</p>
<p><strong>Arrivals and Departures</strong>: The apartment will be ready from 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate the property on your day of departure by 10am failure to do so will result in you being charged for an extra day.</p>
<p><strong>Limitation of Liability</strong>: the provider reserve the right in the case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. It is not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let.</p>
<p><strong>Noise Nuisance/Disturbance</strong>: the provider reserve the right to have evicted from the property anyone who causes disruptive, threatening or abusive behaviour to any other residents. Full refunds will only be returned if the apartment is re-let the for the contractual rental period less £50 for administration charges.</p>
<p><strong>Damages &amp; Breakages</strong>: Any damage/breakages caused to the property during your occupation will be charged to your credit card, this also applies to any items missing from the property. In the event we take a corporate booking where credit card details are not required any damages &amp; breakages or missing items will be charged direct to the company who placed the booking.</p>

<p><strong>Payment</strong>:</p>
<p><strong>Payment</strong>: Credit card details are required to secure an apartment. Outside of the period from 1 June to 15th September 2012, the provider require full pre-payment of accommodation and a security deposit upon arrival. During the period from 1 June to 20th July 2012 there is a minimum of 4 (four) weeks stay and one week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Full pre-payment of the balance is required  30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the booking will be released</p>
<p><strong>Olympics Period</strong>: During the Olympics period (from 20th July up to 15 September) there is a minimum of 2 (two) weeks minimum stay and we require full prepayment (NON-REFUNDABLE) of accommodation rental in order to confirm the booking.</p>
<p><strong>Credit card charges</strong>: outside the summer period your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above</p>
<p><strong>Cards Accepted</strong>: American Express, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa.</p>
<p><strong>Security Deposit</strong>: Please note that at check in the provider require a security/deposit which is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and after an inventory check out has been made. An authorisation is NOT DEBITED from the cardholder’s account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled. Please see charges below:</p>

<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong>:</p>
<p><strong>Outside of the period from 1 June to 15th September 2012</strong>:<br />
Notification of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let. Once you have checked in you must give the provider 14 days notice in case of a reduction on your stay or the same policy will apply.</p>
<p><strong>During the period from 1 June to 20th July 2012</strong>:<br />

<p>Credit card information is required to make a reservation</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation prior to arrival</strong>: notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.</p>
<p><strong>Deposit &amp; Damages</strong>: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented &amp; photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure</p>
<p><strong>Extensions</strong>: all requests for extensions will be subject to availability</p>

<p><strong>Cancellation prior to arrival</strong>: notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.</p>
<p><strong>Deposit &amp; Damages</strong>: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented &amp; photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure</p>

<p>Credit card information is required to make a reservation.</p>
<p><strong>Cancellation prior to arrival</strong>:<br />
Stays of 1-6 nights &#8211; 72 hours notice<br />
Stays of 7-27 nights &#8211; 7 days notice<br />
Stays of 28 nights &#8211; 14 days notice </p>
<p><strong>Cancellation after arrival</strong>:<br />
Stays of 1-6 nights &#8211; no cancellation<br />
Stays of 7 nights+ &#8211; 14 days notice  </p>
<p><strong>Deposit &amp; Damages</strong>: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented &amp; photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure</p>
<p><strong>Extensions</strong>: if your initial booking is for 60 nights plus, you will have the option to extend. 14 days notice is required to guarantee an extension to a current stay and extensions requested less than 14 days in advance are subject to availability. For initial bookings of less than 60 nights, requests for extensions will be subject to availability. </p>
