Broadband Internet is £15 plus VAT per week. Saturday arrivals are only during high season. If wall beds are used to accommodate maximum occupancy an additional of £15.50 per night is charged. A baby cot can be proved for £5 per night

Booking terms

Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. For Amex and Diners there is a surcharge of 3% of the rent. VISA & MasterCard the fee is 1.5%. There is no fee for debit cards or Maestro. The rent is charged at the time of booking.

Guests should be aware that they are repsonsible to pay for any damages and breakage in the apartment

Cancellation Policy:
Stays of less than 7 nights must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to 12 noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee charge equivalent to the total rent

Stays 7 to 27 nights must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent of 7 nights rent

Stays of 28 nights+ must be made at least 28 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent of 7 nights rent
