Booking terms

Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. For Amex and Diners there is a surcharge of 3% of the rent. VISA & MasterCard the fee is 1.5%. There is no fee for debit cards or Maestro. Rent is charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:
1-6 nights – 7 days prior to arrival date – no refund
7 nights+ – 7 days prior to arrival date – 7 nights rent

Guests should be aware that they are repsonsible to pay for any damages and breakage in the apartment
