Booking Terms

Credit card information is required to make a reservation and the minimum stay is 28 nights.

Cancellation prior to arrival: notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.

Deposit & Damages: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented & photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure

Extensions: all requests for extensions will be subject to availability

Booking terms

Payment: Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation and the full rent will be charged at the time of booking.

Deposit: £300 will be pre-authorised to the card to cover for any damages in the apartment. £30 will be charge at the time of check out as a “end of stay” cleaning fee

Credit card fee: 2.5% surcharge applies for payments by MasterCard and Visa credit cards. There is no charge for Switch/Maestro or Visa debit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made before 14 days or more prior to arrival, the rent will be refunded less an administration fee of £30. Refunds will be made within 3 weeks from the date the cancellation is received. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival the full rent up to 14 nights is payable to the apartment provider.

Booking terms

Payment: Credit card details are required to secure an apartment. Outside of the period from 1 June to 15 September 2012, the provider require full pre-payment of accommodation and a security deposit upon arrival. During the period from 1 June to 20th July 2012 there is a minimum of 4 (four) weeks stay and one week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Full pre-payment of the balance is required 30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the booking will be released

Olympics Period: During the Olympics period (from 20th July up to 15 September) there is a minimum of 2 (two) weeks minimum stay and we require full prepayment (NON-REFUNDABLE) of accommodation rental in order to confirm the booking.

Credit card charges: outside the summer period your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above

Security Deposit: Please note that at check in the provider require a security/deposit which is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and after an inventory check out has been made. An authorisation is NOT DEBITED from the cardholder’s account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled. Please see charges below:

This charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total bill on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

The provider cannot compensate for cancellations due to bad weather, illness, and changes in travel plans or travel delays. A travel insurance is therefore highly recommended.

Cancellation fee will be debited automatically from the credit card provided to secure the booking following a written cancellation notification. In case of “No Show” and/or in the case where no written notice for cancellation is given, the provider will automatically charge the full amount of the booking. The amount due will be debited from your credit card without prior notice.

Fee – specified below are the maximum penalties incurred in case of a cancellation. These are set in relation to the length of notice give; if circumstances allow a lower charge then the maximum will be taken, but this is entirely to the management discretion.

Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 5 weeks:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 100 GBP (non-refundable deposit)
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay
Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay

In the unlikely case where the provider has to cancel the reservation (for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works) they will inform you and attempt to re-accommodate in a suitable accommodation of their own at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In any case they will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation.

When re-accommodation is impossible the provider will issue a full refund to any payments made.
