Booking terms

Credit card or debit card details are required to make a reservation. A pre-authorization is taken 6 days prior to arrival. The rent is charged at Reception at the time of check-in. There is a 2% card fee for credit cards, but no fee for debit cards.

Deposit: for bookings more than 10 days a 25% deposit will be charged

Cancellation Policy: 3 days notice

The cancellation fee is 1 night’s rent

The brand new 2-bedroom apartments will be available to book from the end of June. Each can accommodate 5 guests as they have a sofa bed in the living room

Stays of 1-6 nights can only be confirmed close to arrival date. The price is £150 for a studio and £180 for a 1-bedroom apartment – per night and inclusive of VAT

Booking terms

Credit card details are required to make a reservation.

STANDARD PAYMENT POLICY:
30% deposit will be charged on the day of the booking and the balance to be paid within 14 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:
•Bookings cancelled by the guest up to 1 month before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund
•Bookings cancelled by the guest up to 2 weeks before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund
•Cancellations must be made by 12 Noon on the appropriate day

DAMAGE LIABILITY:
Clients are liable for the cost(s) of repair and / or replacement arising as a result of negligence with any part of the building or contents therein. A £300 security deposit will be payable upon arrival and held against any damage or loss caused during the stay

Booking terms

In order to reserve and guarantee an apartment, the provider require credit card details. A Credit Card Form must be filled in, signed and sent to the provider to accept that payment is charged to the card. All credit cards are accepted and no fee is charged. Payment can also be made by bank transfers, sterling bank draft, sterling travellers chequies or cash in pound sterling.

A deposit of £500 will be charged to cover for outstanding bills or damages plus £250 pounds rent. The remaining full rent is required no later than 14 days prior to arrival to guarantee the accommodation. In the event of cancellation and/or early curtailment (where all charges have been paid in full), the provider will retain the payment of £250. Cancellation prior to arrival must be given the company in writing. The rent for the reserved period will be refunded less than any reasonable cost or charges considered fair and reasonable, for all or any part of the rental period if the apartment is re-let.

Guests can extend their stay, subject to availability and advanced payment by giving notification no later than 4 days before the reserved departure date. Full Terms of Business will be given the guest at the time of booking

Payment: 20% of the rent is charged at the time of booking. The amount is non-refundable. Full rent must be received 6 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit cards (VISA, VISA, Electron, Maestro) or bank transfer. Please add £20 to cover for bank charges. Please also note that there is a 3% fee for all transactions. American Express and Diners card are not accepted

Deposit: £300 is required to cover for any damages made in the apartment

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 31 days before arrival, 20% rent is non refundable
Cancellation between 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the rent is payable
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: rent will not be subject to any refund, regardless of whether or not full payment has been received.

For long terms stays (more than 4 weeks), should a visitor wish to shorten the stay, 3 weeks notice is required in writing. If an apartment is vacated without notice the apartment provider will retain the amount corresponding to the 3 weeks.

Visitors are strongly recommended to ensure they have suitable travel insurance.

Booking terms

Credit card details are required to guarantee an apartment and 30% of the rent is charged at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due within 14 working days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) of arrival. All major debit/credit cards, American Express and bank transfers are accepted. Credit card payments will be subject to a 2.5% charge. Amex cards will be subject to a 4% charge. No charge applies to debit cards.

Deposit: a pre-authorisation of the guest’s credit card for £200 will be taken to cover for damages and unpaid telephone charges

Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior to arrival

Extensition of stays: extensions will require a new reservation for the additional dates, subject to availability and prevailing rates.

General: guests are responsible for the keys to the apartment. Any loss will be subject to a £100 charge.
