To guarantee a reservation credit card details are required and the following deposit policy applies. Reservations of less than 1 week full pre-payment is required. For reservations of 1 week or longer, 1 week rental plus VAT is required. All deposits are due 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. If an apartment is cancelled within 14 days of arrival a full refund will be given. For cancellation less than 14 days prior to check in, no refund will be given unless the apartment is re-let. Please note that guests are responsible for all damages and breakages.

Telephone charges: on arrival an imprint a credit card will be taken to cover for telephone charges. They are charged per unit at 27 pence per second for local calls. Each apartment has it own direct telephone line

Cancellation policy:
Standard policy: Bookings can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is cancelled between 3 and 4 weeks prior to arrival, the penalty charge is 75% up to a maximum of 3 weeks. If a booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to arrival, the penalty charge is 100% up to a maximum of 3 weeks.

Summer policy (June to August): Bookings can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 8 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is cancelled between 7 and 8 weeks prior to arrival, the penalty charge is 75% up to a maximum of 4 weeks. If a booking is cancelled less than 7 weeks prior to arrival, the penalty charge is 100% up to a maximum of 4 weeks.

Terms and conditions: a booking is only confirmed once the Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement (TALA) or Tenancy Agreement (TENAGR) has been signed by the tenant. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival (8 weeks prior to arrival from June to August inclusive). Access to an apartment is only given if we have received the signed paperwork and full payment including the dilapidation deposit.

A dilapidation deposit of £1000 is required prior to arrival for 1-2 week bookings and for longer bookings the deposit is the equivalent of 1 week’s rent.
