Payment:

Payment: Credit card details are required to secure an apartment. Outside of the period from 1 June to 15th September 2012, the provider require full pre-payment of accommodation and a security deposit upon arrival. During the period from 1 June to 20th July 2012 there is a minimum of 4 (four) weeks stay and one week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Full pre-payment of the balance is required 30 days prior to arrival date otherwise the booking will be released

Olympics Period: During the Olympics period (from 20th July up to 15 September) there is a minimum of 2 (two) weeks minimum stay and we require full prepayment (NON-REFUNDABLE) of accommodation rental in order to confirm the booking.

Credit card charges: outside the summer period your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa. Payment with a debit card from a UK Bank will not attract any charges but all other debit card will be charged as above

Security Deposit: Please note that at check in the provider require a security/deposit which is usually an authorization on the guest credit card and this authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check out and after an inventory check out has been made. The rates for Olympics 2012 is valid between 26 July and 12 August. The minimum stay during the event is 1 week. 20% of the rent will be charged at the time of reservation and the remaining is due 8 months prior to arrival. Deposits are non refundable and the reservations non amendable.

Booking terms

Resrvations & deposit:
To guarantee a reservation credit card details are required. Reservations of less than 1 week, full pre-payment will be charged. For reservations of 1 week or longer, 1 week rental is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance due for the period of the booking is to be paid imminently on arrival. All deposits are due 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. Please note that guests are responsible for all damages and breakages.

Cancellation:
If notice of cancellation is received within 14 days (low season reservations) or 6 weeks (high season) prior to arrival a full refund in given. However, where less than these deadlines are met, no refund will be made unless the apartment is re-let.

Telephone charges:
On arrival an imprint a credit card will be taken to cover for telephone charges. Each apartment has it own direct telephone line

National and local telephone calls are free of charge. An extra bed can be provided on request for £10 per day in the 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. A baby cot for infants up to 18 months is £5 per day

For bookings during The Olympics, 50% charge will be taken as deposit and is non-refundable. The remaining rent is charged in February 2012

Booking terms

Credit card details are required to made a reservation. The rent will be charged by the provider 2 weeks prior to arrival during low season and 1 months for stays of during high season. A deposit of 2 nights rent is charged for 1 week stay and 1 week deposit taken for stays of 2 weeks or more. This is done at the time of confirmation. To confirm the booking a signed contract is required. A £20 administration fee will be charged for amendment made once the booking has been confirmed.

Visitors are responsible for damages in the apartment and shall pay the provider on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such charge. Loss or damage to keys will result in a £240 charge.

Any additional incidental charges will charged on departure. For all stays, unless prior credit arrangements have been made, pre-authorization of £25 per day will be made for any incidentials. Pre-authorizations are automatically released upon departure, less than incidental cost or damages to the apartment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation can be made without charges until 4 weeks prior to arrival in high season (May to September) and 2 weeks prior in low season (October to April). Otherwise the full rent will be charged.

Other: please note that both studio apartments are located on the lower ground floor of the building. Both have a separate entrance and thus does not have lift acceess. There will be an information book in all apartments with details about the surrounding area, useful telephone numbers, health & safety

Booking terms

Payment: full rent must be paid prior to arrival. A deposit is also to be paid prior to arrival. This is refundable after departure subject to any deductions for losses or damages to the property. A £500 deposit is required for a booking for one week. For longer bookings the deposit equates to one week’s rent. A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is signed by both Landlord and client.

Method of Payment: payments may be made by cheque, credit card (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard); electronic bank transfer.

Cancellation: a booking can only be cancelled prior to the start of the rental period and the provider must be notified in writing

For June, July and August: if the written notice is received less than 8 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 4 weeks. If the written notice is received between 7-8 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 4 weeks.

At other times: if the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks. If the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
