Security Deposit – In addition to your payment of the price of the apartment you may be required to pay a security deposit of £250.00 (or such other amount as we may agree) against any additional expenses you may incur and any damage to the apartment suffered during your stay. The most likely expenses are telephone charges, but you may also wish to purchase some of our additional services, e.g. groceries

Cancellation Policy: within 14 days of arrival £25 administration fee will be charged. 14-0 days before arrival 14 days rent will be charged

Booking terms

Credit card details are required in order to make a reservation. The apartment provider accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex and charge a fee of 3.5%. For debit cards the fee is £1. A deposit of £200 is required and will be refunded 4 weeks after departure minus outstanding telephone calls and if there is no damage to the apartment. For bookings that are cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival the full rent is due and will only be refunded if the apartment is re-let. We will inform you about the full Terms & Conditions at the time of enquiry

Booking terms

The notice period required to avoid a charge for cancellation or early departure:
Up to 7 nights: 72 hours notice
8 to 30 nights: 7 days notice
31 – 42 nights: 14 days notice
43 nights+ 21 days notice

Extension to Accommodation Period Booked

If you believe that you are likely to need to extend your accommodation period beyond the period originally booked and paid for, then you should notify us of this requirement as soon as possible. The apartment provider cannot guarantee any extension, but will try to accommodate guests provided they are informed by the following timescales:

Length of additional stay – notice required
Up to 7 nights: 72 hours notice
8 to 30 nights: 7 days notice
31 -42 nights: 14 days notice
43 nights+: 21 days notice

The company reserve the right to apply a different nightly, weekly or monthly rental rate to any extension to the accommodation period, as per condition 2.4 of our Terms and Conditions of Business. Please ask us for the full Terms & Conditions at the time of your enquiry.

The 2-bedroom apartments can be booked with 2 double beds or 1 double and twin beds (2 single). 3-bedroom have 2 double beds and 1 twin. An extra can be provided on request for a child under 12 years for £15 per night plus VAT and a baby cot is £5 per night plus VAT – no bedding is provided for the cot. Car parking on request is £15 per day or £85 per week plus VAT. Broadband is charged £15 per week plus VAT (tax)

Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within this period will result in a charge up to a maximum of 7 nights accommodation. Transaction charges apply for AMEX and Diners at 3%. For Visa Credit cards and MasterCard it is 1%. There are no charges for Visa Debit or Maestro cards.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation received before 3:00 pm on the day before arrival date will not be subject to cancellation fees. Please notify Citylife Apartments before 12 noon

A cancellation received after that time will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
1 night rent plus VAT for stays of less than 7 nights,
2 nights plus VAT for stays of between 7-9 nights
3 nights plus VAT for stays of 30 nights or more
