Credit card information is required to make a reservation.

Cancellation prior to arrival: for stays of 1-6 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 72 hours prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the full cost of the booking.

For stays of 7-27 nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 7 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 7 nights.

For stays of 28+ nights, notice of cancellation is required, in writing, 14 days prior to midday on the day of scheduled arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the cost of 14 nights.

Cancellation following arrival: 1-6 nights – no cancellation. For stays of 7+ nights, notice of early departure is required in writing, 14 days prior to the guest’s new departure date. Please note: you may be subject to an increased rate band (see below) should your final length of stay be shorter than the original booking period.

Deposit & Damages: whilst a deposit is not required, guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. If the apartment cannot be rented out due to damages, the provider reserves the right to charge guests for lost income whilst the property is being repaired so it can be deemed fit for purpose. The person who made the booking (and guest) will be kept informed of these potential charges and documented & photographic evidence will be available. These charges will be billed to the original booking credit card, unless other arrangements are requested at the time of departure

Extensions: if your initial booking is for 28 nights or less, all requests for extensions will be subject to availability. All other lengths of stay require 14 days notice to guarantee and extension

Extensions: if your initial booking is for 60 nights plus, you will have the option to extend. 14 days notice is required to guarantee an extension to a current stay and extensions requested less than 14 days in advance are subject to availability. For initial bookings of less than 60 nights, requests for extensions will be subject to availability.

Booking Terms

Security Deposit: A credit card pre-authorisation in the amount of GBP 250.00 will be required from the guest upon check-in.

Payment policy: The provider requires full pre-payment of rent and VAT charges prior to check-in with a maximum of 4 weeks for stays of 28 nights onwards. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 4 weeks thereafter. Invoices can be paid by credit card, in cash, by cheque or via bank transfer.

Cancellation policy: The following cancellation charges apply for reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date or no-show:

- 1 night for stays of less than 7 nights
- 3 nights for stays between 7 to 27 nights
- 7 nights for stays of 28 nights and over

Group bookings are subject to a different cancellation procedure and terms and conditions.
