Stays of less than 1 week are accepted subject to availability with a minimum of 2 nights.

The use of sofa bed in the 1 and 2-bedroom apartments for the 3rd and 4th occupant, there is a linen charge of £29.38 per week. Broadband Internet – BT (British Telecom) vouchers can be bought online or from the Lettings Office: £10 per 24-hours, £27 per 5 days or £40 per 30 days.

Booking terms

A deposit of £600.00 is required for stays over 1 week. This is separate to the rental amount.

Cancellation Policy

Stays 1 week+:

If bookings are cancelled within 7 days of arrival date the full deposit held will be non-refundable. If bookings are cancelled with more than 7 days notice of the arrival date £250.00 will be retained to cover administration costs.

Stays 1-6 days:

A valid credit card is taken at the time of booking to guarantee the room. No deposit required. If bookings are cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, a maximum of 2 days rental will be charged.

Payment Methods Credit Cards Accepted are: Amex, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Connect, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Cheques

If rental or deposit payment is by cheque, this must be cleared prior to arrival.

Other Payments Accepted: Bacs payments, Sterling Travellers Cheques, Cash Sterling Pounds

Full rent will be taken on arrival. No admittance will be allowed into the apartment unless this is taken in its entirity.

Booking terms

The minimum stay in these apartments are 3 months, subject to a tenancy agreement.

Deposit: a deposit of 4 weeks rent is required which will be refunded within 15 working days after departure.

In addition to the deposit, the apartment provider require pre-payment comprising 4 weeks rent inclusive of VAT. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days and can be paid by credit card, cash, cheque or via bank transfer. Bank details will be confirmed on each pro-forma invoice issued.

Cancellation Policy: if a confirmed booking is cancelled at least 28 days prior to arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge. Reservations cancelled between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival, 1 week rent will be charged. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days, 3 weeks rent will be charged in high season 1 June to 30 September. 2 weeks rent will be charged in low season 1 October to 31 May.
