The rates for the Olympics 2012 is valid 25 July – 14 August and the minimum stay is 1 week. The rent will be charged at the time of booking, which is non-refundable and non-changeable

The use of sofa bed in the 1 and 2-bedroom apartments is charged £12 per night suitable for 1 adult. Broadband Internet – BT (British Telecom) vouchers can be bought online or from the Lettings Office: £10 per 24-hours, £27 per 5 days or £40 per 30 days.

Cancellation policy: Notice of cancellation is required 72 hours or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. If notice of cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to arrival then 1 nights rental will be charged for stays of 1-6 nights and a 2 night charge for stays of 7+ nights. Booking Terms

For bookings up to 3 months:

Temporary Licence Agreement to be completed and signed by Landlord and Client
Invoice to be paid in full prior to arrival
Deposit to be paid to the value of £500 which is refundable at the end of stay
Dilipidations to be decucted from the deposit and the balance returned to the client
Payment can be made by Chaps or BACS transfer and by Amex, Diners, Visa and MasterCard
